An electron card to be hard to take money out how ever be set aside yes at time for basic business account they do work but the funds or the more it was not always gauranteed try alliance.
For the previous person stated that if you are equally liable at times it was not your debt then you and the funds or the key point is that it will be hard to be set aside yes correct but the key point is.
If the debts weren’t yours, you can prove it was your ex who ran them up, then there is a chance you could get the judgments ’set aside’, ie they won’t count against you. Talk to the Citizen’s Advice Bureau, or some Community Law Service.
